All of the protein, and half the fat of ground beef without the cholesterol and statured fat. Thaw and handle like cooked ground beef. Perfect for use in virtually any ground beef recipe: sauces, chili, soups, ethnic dishes.
 

Pan Fry - For best results, serve warm. Thaw in refrigeration overnight. Preferred cooking method is in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently for 2 – 3 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Bake only if mixed into sauce or marinade. Treat as cooked ground beef & do not overcook.
